The accommodation had a very central location in front of the sea front. And it was also not far from Brighton for the weekend, the main shopping centre, and the pier. Got neat room with a shared toilet.
Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Warm welcome. Impeccably clean and well decorated. Only 5 minutes walk from the seafront and from the centre of Brighton. Excellent value for money.
Breakfast is served during only 45 minutes so be there on time. However there are so many cafes and restaurants around that it is always possible to find something

Warm welcome and attentive service. Wiil visit again
Rooms at the front of house can be noisy during weekends. However this is to be expected due to location and proximity to seafront, pubs and clubs etc.
